Leave a detailed message about your concern, and we will get back to you within one business day (you will experience delays on holidays and weekends).
Whether it be litter box problems, housing issues, pet food assistance, flea prevention, stray neighborhood cats, vet assistance, or concerns about keeping your pet, reach out! Call or text our helpline or complete our online form if you have any pet needs.
Need supplies or want to talk to a Community Support Counselor in person?
Beginning Tuesday, April 7th, our Community Support Market will be open to the public every Tuesday from 1:00–4:00 PM at 353 Banner Farm Road. Community members may stop by to access pet food, supplies, and support services without an appointment. Our Community Support Counselors will be there to help you get the items you need, walk you through registration for our programs, or offer in-person counseling services. Visitors are welcome to enter through the front door and receive the items they need during these open hours.
