You could train for and complete a 5k, read 5 books, pick up a new hobby, plan for and take a vacation – your life could look COMPLETELY different.
For Mika, the last 3 months have been spent patiently waiting for her new family to adopt her.
3 months ago, Mika’s world was turned upside down. Her loving owner became unable to care for himself due to some health concerns. He didn’t want to give Mika up, but ultimately made the incredibly difficult decision that bringing her back to us was the best thing he could do for her. Now, this incredibly sweet girl is waiting for her next chapter.
At 10 years old and 48 pounds, Mika is the kind of dog who makes it pretty easy to fall in love with her. She’s an easygoing goofball who loves her people, sunbathing, and a good snuggle on the couch. She’s also a big tap dancer! When she’s excited to see you, she does an adorable tippy-tappy dance!
When talking about Mika, her foster said this: “She’s just wonderful! She’s sweet, loving, spunky, gentle, obedient [with a] wonderful disposition and personality! I’d keep her in a minute if I were ready for a dog myself!”
Her soft white face tells the story of a girl who has experienced a lot of life and a whole lot of love. And she has so much more love to give!
