Meet Heidi!

Today’s Featured Friday Pet is Heidi!

The dog days of summer are here, but don’t get down, get a dog! With her soft and elegant ears, and equally soft personality, Heidi perfectly embodies this slow, sleepy season of summer. Heidi’s idea crazy Friday night is sitting on the porch with you having her aforementioned glorious ears gently stroked. She makes an excellent lemonade and enjoys weekend matinees. She understands the heat makes you lazy and thinks taking it easy today sounds like a great idea.
As summer turns into autumn and winter, we imagine Heidi will be no less of a joy to have around. We imagine she’d look beautiful romping in piles of leaves or playing in the snow. And spring? Why, this dog practically belongs in a field of flowers. We don’t know any back story on this lovely redhead as she was found as a stray, but we guess her age to be about 6 years old. She seems friendly with other dogs, and with her gentle demeanor, should fit in just fine with a young family or more mature household alike.
