Meet Roxy – Adopted!
Today’s Featured Pet is Roxy!
Roxy is winning over all of our hearts right now but especially her fosters’! She was extremely fearful in a shelter environment but has been blossoming into a fantastic dog in her fosters’ home. Roxy has lived with other dogs and has already made quick friends with one of her foster parents’ dogs. She is a bit timid with meeting new people but warms up with sweet talking and if there are toys around. She loves bouncing after tennis balls, stuffed animals, you name it! Roxy will pounce on her toy once she is sure she has caught it just to make sure it is “dead”. She would do best in a more mature home that doesn’t have a lot of guests frequenting since her trust in meeting new people isn’t quite ready for a super social home. Roxy does well sleeping in her crate and would be a great option for someone that is looking for a homebody type of dog. If you’re interested in adopting Roxy, consider applying to adopt her!
