Thrift Store Reopens with Additional Precautions in Place

The Blue Ridge Humane Society Thrift Store will reopen on Tuesday, December 29th after being temporarily closed in response to a COVID exposure.

In response, the store has been deep cleaned; staff and volunteers tested; and increased precautions have been put into place to continue to offer the safest shopping, volunteering, and work environment we can for our community.

We are grateful for your support this year and during the most recent challenge presented by the global pandemic.

The store is open Tuesday-Saturday, 9:30am-4:30pm. Holiday hours this week will close the store on Friday, January 1st, returning to the regular schedule on Saturday, January 2.

Merchandise donations will not be accepted until after the new year. Furniture pick-ups are taking place and can be schedule by calling  828-620-3150.
