We’re Full of Cats!

As Kitten Season continues at full speed, we’re working hard to find loving homes for the many cats and kittens in our community. Kitten Season, typically running from late spring through early fall, is when unspayed stray and feral cats give birth to litters. This often leads to a rapid increase in the feline population. Since cats can start having kittens as early as four months old, the numbers can grow quickly and become overwhelming.

Henderson County is no exception. We currently have kittens in foster care (some available for adoption, others still nursing) as well as adult and young cats at our Adoption Center and some being housed at the Hendersonville PetSmart.

To help more of these deserving cats find homes, and with another large intake expected this week, we’re lowering our adoption fees for the remainder of Kitten Season. ALL CAT ADOPTIONS are now just $20!
