Meet Todd!

Today’s Featured Pet is Todd!

Collage of 4 photos featuring a medium sized brown dog playing

CALLING ALL ADOPTERS! Todd has been in our care since mid-September, which is 90-something too many days for such a good boy! A great age and size, Todd is about 2 years old and clocks in at just under 50 pounds. Although Todd may not the flashiest dog you’ve ever seen, we promise he’s worth a closer look. Exceedingly gentle and sweet, Todd is a bit reserved at first but warms up quickly to humans and canines alike. Although he can be timid to start, he sure does open up around tennis balls and other dogs! Having the good fortune to be in a foster home that also runs a boarding facility, we’ve learned just what a fantastic playmate and pal Todd really is. Since she knows him best, we’ll let his foster mom tell it how it is:
“Todd is doing great! His energy level can be a chill couch potato one minute or a fun crazy guy. It all depends on the crowd. He loves to play with other dogs and by himself. If there is no one to play with he will run around throwing toys up in the air. He also love sun bathing. Todd is wonderful in his crate and when I don’t have eyes on him that’s where he is. He loves to be outside as long as he is with someone. His fav dog to play with is my 1 yr old golden. These two play hard. He will match energy level with whoever he is playing with. Big or small, he is pretty good with them. I think Todd would do well in a home with another dog to play with.”
If you would like to arrange to meet Todd, please start by filling out an application on our website by clicking on his picture. It would make our year to to see very deserving boy finally find his new family, so anyone looking to adopt we hope will consider Todd! Please share!
